Imphal, Jan 17 : THE REGIONAL News Unit of All India Radio, Imphal is all set to add another feather in its cap.
The RNU, AIR Imphalwill soon start broadcasing the latestnews at 12 noon on Sangai Channel to be known as mid-day Manipur bulletin.
Chief Minister of Manipur, Okram Ibobi will formally launch the bulletin on the historic Statehood Day on January 21 at a function to be held on this day at 11 am at the AIR, Imphal Palace Compound.
Information Minister TN Haokip, Director General (News) AIR, Dr PK Bandyopadhyay and Deputy Director General (North East Region-II) AIR, C Lalrosanga will be the guests of honour at the function.
