Seven-a-side hockey
Imphal, May 31 : Youth Club-cum-Information Centre, Kontha Ahallup demolished Eastern Sporting Association by 8-1 goals in the 1st State Level seven-a-side BKTK Cup Hockey Tournament played at Charangpat, Thoubal.
The Youth Club team came up with the first goal in the third minute through S. Bishorjit Singh who netted his second in the 15th minute while Y. Suresh Singh kicked inthe third goal in the 30th minute.
In the second half, Youth Club netted in five more goals.
S. Surajbanda Singh scored the lone goal for Eastern Sporting.
In another match, Manipur Police Sports Club (B) team posted a 6-4 goal win over Moral Education Intellectual Renascent and Athletic Association.
