Imphal, Sep 4 : An order for the transfer and posting of 26 state bureaucrats, including IAS and MCS officers of various major department of the state is out.
According to the order by the commissioner DP, PK Singh, IAS, the Chief Secretary DS Poonia, IAS, the home department will be divested from his charge and he would now be only in charge of (planning) besides being project director, MDS.
